I run Frest, a design-and-build company in Riga and Ventspils. We design, produce and assemble timber-frame houses, and our team has built them in eight countries.
Running a construction company taught me where time really goes. Today a large part of our daily work runs on AI agents: visualisations, estimates, site studies, websites, meeting records and the back office. On Lanzarote I am building El Soco, walled estates in basalt and lime. Everything I offer here, I use myself first.
