Yes. I only work with licensed holiday homes, and your Canarias VV registration number appears on every page of your site and listing.
How reliable is the calendar sync?
Availability sync works with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, but each platform refreshes on its own schedule, which can take a few hours. It is not instant, so a double booking is possible in a short window. I set it up and show you how to block dates quickly when a booking comes in.
Will you use drone footage?
Only where airspace and permits allow. Large parts of Lanzarote are restricted, including the airport corridor, Timanfaya and protected areas. Where drones are not allowed, the film is shot on the ground and inside.
Are there monthly costs?
No monthly software fee from me. Your domain and hosting are in your name, and their small yearly costs are yours.
